Like many who follow The Long Island Sound Podcast, I'm a curiosity seeker trying to understand what motivates singer/songwriters to create. I hope to uncover the answers with each new episode. Musician interviews have helped me get a better understanding of what makes a successful musician tick. The latest podcast episodes helped me explore music I would be hard-pressed to find on the radio. I live for live music and I am blessed to have live music venues living in Babylon village.
If you build it, they will come
I'm amazed that each guest leads me to three or more potential guests for the podcast. I endeavor to provide a platform to expose their music to new audiences. That is why we feature two or three original songs in each episode. We also uncover some tips on how each musician found their idea of success in the music business.
